Bob’s presentation was very informative, his approach is engaging and thought provoking. You will learn a lot in a short period of time and will leave wanting to know more. Bob uses The Gallup’s Strength Finder to impart how to use employees’ strengths when managing and building a company culture. We learned how managing in the “strengths-zone” plays out in our work roles and improves employee engagement and productivity. When you are building an organization, keep your employees strengths in mind at performance evaluation time; learn how to manage to the employee strengths for the success of the organization and the development of the employee. This style of management also supports employee retention and takes the pressure out of the tough conversations you have to have. Bob’s seminar captures so many of elements that will assist managers elevate themselves, their employees, and their organization to the next level – to an environment where everyone thrives and wins.
